How does the membership work?
Every month we focus on one health topic, with live sessions on Saturdays at 10:00 AM Eastern. Each session runs about 40 minutes and includes time for your questions.
What do I get for $29 a month?
You get the live sessions and that month’s digital care kit, which you can download from the members page. Extra kits are sold separately in our shop.
When does my membership start?
If you join in the middle of a month, your membership starts with the next month’s topic and kit. We don’t prorate, which keeps billing simple and clear.
How does billing work?
Your membership is $29 a month and renews automatically. There are no long contracts.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel any time from your account page. Your access continues through the period you’ve already paid for.
Will there be guest experts?
Sometimes. We invite guest experts when they’re available, but they aren’t guaranteed every week.
Is this medical care?
No. Suilen Health provides health education and community support. It doesn’t replace your own doctor or nurse practitioner, and it isn’t for emergencies. If you think you’re having an emergency, call 911.
Can I get a printed kit?
For now, kits are digital only.
