My background

I’m Nelius — you can call me Nellie or Nel. I’m a board-certified acute care adult-gerontology nurse practitioner with over 20 years of bedside experience, most of it spent in acute care hospitals caring for patients with complex, chronic conditions. That time at the bedside taught me how much of what brings people back to the hospital again and again is preventable.

This work matters to me because I’ve seen too many adults develop serious chronic disease simply because preventable measures weren’t taken earlier in life, or because they were never given the knowledge to manage their condition well on their own. That’s exactly the gap Suilen Health is built to close — bringing hospital-level clarity home, before a small problem becomes a big one.
