Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Nelius W.K — a Board-Certified Acute Care Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC).
Over the years, I’ve cared for a lot of patients who left their appointment meaning well — with a plan, a prescription, good intentions — but with no real support once they got home. Life gets in the way. Questions come up at 9pm, not during a 15-minute visit. And for a lot of the people I care for, the health issues hitting hardest are ones their community faces more than most.
Suilen Health exists to close that gap. Not with another app, not with a sales pitch — with a real, weekly gathering where we take one health topic at a time and actually work through it together.

We believe better health starts with education, community, and small, sustainable habits — not miracle fixes. We don’t replace your doctor. We help you show up to that relationship more informed, and give you support in between visits.
